Ο Lorenzo Toffoloni έχει εκτεταμένη εμπειρία σε εταιρικές συναλλαγές, συγχωνεύσεις και εξαγωγές, τόσο σε τοπικό όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο, και παρέχει νομικές συμβουλές σε θέματα εταιρειών και εμπορίου.
Πριν ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας ως συνέταιρος, ο Lorenzo άσκησε τη δικηγορία για οχτώ χρόνια σε ένα από τα κορυφαία δικηγορικά γραφεία της Ιταλίας και ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με εταιρικό και εμπορικό δίκαιο, με θέματα εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης, καθώς επίσης με θέματα συγχωνεύσεων και εξαγωγών. Δούλεψε επίσης για έξι μήνες σε έναν από τους μεγαλύτερους παροχείς υπηρεσιών πληροφορικής στην Ευρώπη.
Μετά την αποφοίτησή του από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Μιλάνο, παρακολούθησε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Νομική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου του Σικάγο, και ακολούθως εργάστηκε εκεί ως δικηγόρος.
Είναι μέλος του δικηγορικού συλλόγου της Ιταλίας και της Κύπρου.
Μιλά άπταιστα ιταλικά, αγγλικά και ελληνικά.
